- You are 18 years or older
- You are playing for yourself and with your own money
- This is your first registration at lluckyhills.com
- You have not self-excluded yourself from any gambling website in the past 12 months
- You have read and accepted the Casino Lucky Hills Terms and Conditions indicated below
- You declare that all the information provided by you to lluckyhills.com is correct and can be verified. You understand that providing any form of incorrect information will void all winnings of your plays at lluckyhills.com.
- You are fully aware and acknowledge that lluckyhills.com sets certain limitations to the maximum prizes that can be won and/or withdrawn mentioned in clauses 7.6.5., 7.6.13., 7.6.14. of these Terms and Conditions.
The Following Terms and Conditions Apply to:
- The Provider’s website (from now on referred to as the “Website”)
- Servers, software, portal and database related to this Website and games / tournaments / lottery / betting is offered
- Game resources, elements and methods of gameplay used in games/ tournaments/ lotteries/betting, to which the User has access
- Other Provider’s services, including support service (from now on referred to as “Services”)
Methods of use of Provider’s services, including PC, mobile devices and other types of software and/or equipment, do not affect the scope of these Terms and Conditions.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect:
- legislative changes
- changes in the scope of services
- changes in the way user data is used and stored; and
- payment and withdrawal policies
The Provider may change these Terms and Conditions when the need arises. We will do our best to notify our Users of any material changes in all possible ways. However, we recommend that all Users visit these Terms and Conditions regularly and check for possible changes.
In the event that other language versions of the Terms and Conditions are available, the English version will always prevail.
By using any material published on the Website and taking part in tournaments, lotteries, and betting, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them fully and are familiar with the Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and the KYC Procedure, which constitute integral parts hereof.
By registering on the Website, the User confirms their readiness to comply with all the provisions of the User Agreement, which also has legal force.
Users, who are under 18 years of age (“Eligible Age”), have no right to use services offered by the Provider’s Website. If the User is a citizen or resides in a country where the law sets the age of majority under which participation in gambling is allowed, the User shall refrain from registering on the Website until the Eligible Age.
By using the Website services, persons under the Eligible Age violate the Website Terms and Conditions. The Provider reserves the right to request documentary proof of your age at any time to make sure that persons under the Eligible Age do not use the Website services, as stipulated by the legislation of the country where the latter reside. The Provider has every legal reason to suspend or block your account and refuse to provide services unless proof of Eligible Age is provided or the Provider suspects that a person under the Eligible Age is using the Website.
By accepting this User Agreement and using the Website content, the User acknowledges to evade or not to violate the current gambling-related laws of their country and undertakes not to open a game account and/or not to use it in case of residing in one of the further identified jurisdictions. Territorial restrictions on the use of the Website services apply to: Israel, USA, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Malta, Latvia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, the Netherlands, the Caribbean Netherlands islands (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba), Australia (if physically present in Australia at the time of play), legally uncertain territories and other states, countries and territories where legislation prohibits real-money gambling (from now on “Excluded Territories”). By accepting Terms and Conditions, the User authorises the Provider to share their personal data with parties involved in providing services through the Website.
Users are advised to save copies of the Terms and Conditions and payment confirmation letters.
1. Definitions of These Terms and Conditions
1.1. The User is a client, — natural person with sufficient legal capacity to conclude the User Agreement, registered on the Website and entitled to use the Website offers according to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and the KYC Procedure
1.2. The Game — is a multimedia product of the Provider available on the Website and an independent copyright object of the game providers, as well as a software program that includes game resources, add-ons, updates to the Game and databases
1.3. The Tournament — is a competition in games that is held for an audience and implies the presence of prize money. The Tournament can be a part of the big gathering or a part of the game event
1.4. The Lottery — is a type of gambling that involves the drawing of numbers for a cash prize
1.5. Bid — is an amount of money that the User, of his choice, bets on the forecast of the outcome of any event or group of events included in the line, and in case of loss, loses the right to demand it back (loses it)
1.6. The Legislation — is the legislation of the Republic of Curaçao and the legislation of the state where the User resides or is domiciled
1.7. The Content — is text material, audio and video files, graphics, animation, images and other information created for the Website
1.8. The Game Account — is created when the User registers on the Website; it allows the User to make bets and deposit funds and the Provider — to identify each User
1.9. Game Rules — are conditions according to which the user takes part in the game process
1.10. Tournament Rules — are conditions according to which the user takes part in the tournament
1.11. Lottery Rules — are conditions according to which the user takes part in the lottery
2. Health Problems Prevention
2.1. The User shall terminate the use of Provider’s Services and access to the Games if they have developed the following symptoms:
- Epilepsy
- Dizziness
- Visual blurring
- Eye and muscle cramps
- Loss of consciousness
- Disorientation
- Cramps while gaming
3. Game Rules
3.1.All rules of the games available on the Website can be found in the corresponding section of each game
3.2.The Provider entitles the User to use the Games under the Terms and Conditions of the Website, subject to the limitation of territories specified in the Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and the KYC Procedure
3.3.The Games available on the Website are maintained exclusively by authorized representatives of the Provider
3.4.The Provider determines the territory where the Website operates and provides access to the Services and use of the Games available on this Website
3.5.The Provider may publish updates and new versions of the Website Games, establishing content at its sole discretion
3.6. Game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG)
4. Tournament Rules
4.1. Rules of each tournament, including mechanics, setting up, participation conditions, prize fund are described in the Tournaments section of the Website. The User accepts the terms and conditions of the tournament the moment they click the Play Now button
4.2. If the Provider’s admins determine that the User makes many bets, each with a minimum winning expectation, to obtain an increased volume of bets with a minimum loss of balance. Such players will be suspected of fraudulent actions and will be immediately excluded from the current and future tournaments with their results reset. One of many examples of such a strategy in roulette is betting on all roulette numbers or betting on red and black at the same time
5. Lottery Rules
The rules of each lottery, including mechanics, setting up, participation conditions and prize fund are described in the Lotteries section of the Website. The User accepts the terms and conditions of the lottery the moment they click the Play Now button
6. Responsible Gaming Behaviour
6.1. Each User may submit a request for self-exclusion at any time. The request can be made by contacting our Support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. No explanation is required, and the process will be handled discreetly and promptly.
6.2. Users may request self-exclusion for a fixed period of 1 year.
6.3. During a self-exclusion period:
- The User account will be fully suspended, including login access.
- Deposits and wagering are blocked.
- No marketing messages will be sent.
- The User will be able to request withdrawal of available funds by contacting Support.
6.4. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation by the Support team. No bonuses or promotional offers will be available during this period.
6.5. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected period. Reactivation is only possible once the exclusion term has ended and requires a formal written request submitted to the Support team (via chat or email at [email protected]).
6.6. The Provider reserves the right to refuse premature account reactivation during any self-exclusion period. Any such request will be subject to internal assessment and regulatory limitations.
6.7. The Provider bears no responsibility if the User continues to deposit funds into their game account and play using previously unregistered accounts, or if the User creates a new account with the same information entered in the registration form differently
6.8. The User will be denied access to the games, bonus funds and data entered into any promotions. The Provider will not be able to restore them in case of User’s account reactivation after the end of the self-exclusion period.
6.9. The available balance of the user’s account, except for active bonuses, will be transferred to the Client’s credit/debit card, the Client’s bank account or the User’s account in any payment system at the Provider’s sole discretion.
6.9.1. Play responsibly and always stop playing in due time. Remember, gambling can cause pathological dependence.
7. User’s Game Account
7.1. The User can register and open a Game Account at lluckyhills.com
7.1.1. To take part in real-money games available at the Website, the User must register and deposit to their Game Account
7.1.2. The User can play in the following currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, INR. According to the Terms and Conditions, a User can only have one Game Account in one currency
The crypto-currency also available for the use by the User as it may be specified in the Terms and Conditions and/or respective policy on the Website.
If you want to change the currency:
- contact support and ask them to block your old Game Account
- register a new account and select a currency
7.1.3. Once blocked, you will only be able to use your new Game Account. The available bonuses and player levels will remain unchanged
7.1.4. The Provider has the right to determine payment service providers that will act, receive funds and make payments on behalf of the Website
7.1.5. Please note that even for supported countries, the Provider cannot guarantee the successful processing of credit card payments in all cases, as banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their discretion
7.1.6. Only one Website account is permitted per person, house, building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, family and device. In case of violation of this provision, as well as upon the suspicion of the multiple registration by a User or by User acting in collusion or as a syndicate, the set-up of fictitious accounts or the use of front men, the Provider may change or terminate any bonus offer, cancel any winnings, block or completely close one or all User’s accounts
7.1.7. If the User has noticed that he/she has more than one Game Account registered on the Website under different names, he/she shall immediately contact the support service
7.1.8. Requests to open an account are made by filling in the registration form. The Provider reserves the right to refuse to open a Game Account
7.1.9. You should confirm your identity, e-mail address, username, unique password for logging into the system while filling in the registration form. All information provided by the User during the registration process or at any other time after registering, including during any deposit transaction, shall be true, valid, accurate and complete. Otherwise, the user account may be blocked or closed
7.1.10. To register, the User shall choose a username and password that will be used to access the Website. This data shall not be disclosed to third parties
7.1.11. The Provider bears no responsibility for any damage to the User’s account caused by unauthorized use of their password by another person, as well as for unauthorized access to the User’s account. Any transactions where the username and password have been entered will be regarded as valid. Users are advised to change their password on a regular basis to secure their account. The Provider’s representatives do not ask users about their passwords. Users are recommended to disable the password storage function of their browser to ensure stable operation of anti-malware and antivirus programs and firewall on the User’s device. Upon loss or unauthorized use of the User’s password, the User shall immediately notify the Provider
7.1.12. The loss of password and refusal to take part in the games/tournaments/lotteries/betting on the Website cannot serve as a basis for any compensation
7.2. The funds are released to the User’s account created on this website
7.2.1. The Provider does not provide loans for participation in the Games
7.2.2. The User acknowledges that the funds deposited by the User in their Game Account rightfully belong to the User and are of no criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized origin. The Provider retains the right to request additional source of funds based on a case-by-case basis
7.2.3. The Game Account of the User is not a bank account, and any insurance types will not be available. Also, no interest is charged on the funds available in the Game Account
7.3. Payments are made to the User’s Game Account on the Website and in accordance with the winnings
7.3.1. In case of erroneous crediting of the User’s account with winnings or bonuses, the amount credited will be deducted from the User’s account. If the User withdraws funds before the Provider becomes aware of an error, this amount shall be deemed to be User’s debt to the Provider. The User shall immediately notify the support service of any erroneous crediting of funds or bonuses
7.3.2. The Provider has the right to verify any payment by requesting take photo for your ID card, utility bills, front and backside of the credit card (the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card must be visible, CVV2 code must be covered) from the User
7.4. Depositing an account

The Provider offers a variety of payment methods. They include VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as various alternative payment methods. Please note that most of payments with cards will appear as LuckyHills on your credit card statements
The Provider accepts payments without additional fees. But this may be done by the payment system or bank that performs the transaction
7.5. The funds are withdrawn from the User’s Game Account
7.6. It is prohibited to make any withdrawal from an Account, bank account/s, debit/ credit card/s, wallet or any other payment options which do not belong (solely) to the User. This is in order to prevent that the Provider transfers funds to persons who have not been duly identified in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulations
7.6.1. Any portion of the amount on the available account balance can be withdrawn, subject to limitations stated in clauses 7.6.3., 7.6.5 and 7.6.14. The User shall send a withdrawal notice to the Provider from their Game Account
7.6.2. Winnings are withdrawn to the User’s bank account. The processing time for withdrawal and confirmation is from 30 minutes up to 24 hours in most cases. In exceptional cases, processing and confirmation may take up to 72 hours. Transferring money to the User’s bank account takes from 1 hour to 3-5 banking days, depending on the chosen payment system and the country where the User resides. Transferring time for withdrawal to e-wallets accounts takes from 1 hour to 24 hours. The Provider processes withdrawals 24/7, but some payment systems may have operational restrictions during weekends. The Provider is not responsible for delays arising on the side of payment gateways and banks after the applications have been processed by our managers.
7.6.3. The minimum withdrawal amount shall be equivalent to 50 USD
7.6.4. The Provider’s representatives do not accept withdrawal requests by phone or email
7.6.5. The maximum amount of payout per month is 40 000 AUD . The Provider has the right to request additional documents when withdrawing large amounts. Documents are reviewed — from 1 to 3 days
7.6.6. Depending on the payment method, withdrawal may be accompanied by a fee. The User’s bank may also charge additional fees for associated services. You acknowledge that withdrawals by means of bank transfers may, in exceptional circumstances, be subject to additional charges by intermediary banks. These fees remain outside the control of the Provider. The amount may vary depending on the bank policies. The Provider will not charge any withdrawal fees or commission to the Provider itself. The User is solely responsible for payment of all fees and taxes applicable to its winnings, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the User reside
7.6.7. Funds withdrawal is made in the same currency that was used to replenish the Game Account
7.6.8. Users are prohibited from depositing and withdrawing funds from the system if they are used as a medium for money transfer
7.6.9. The maximum time for processing a withdrawal request is up to 7 business days
7.6.10. The funds will be withdrawn in the same way as they were deposited, unless the Provider is unable to do so or decides otherwise
7.6.11. If the User has deposited using several payment methods, the Provider reserves the right to split the User’s withdrawal across such payment methods and process each part through the respective payment method at its discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulations
7.6.12. The Provider has the right to set the limits on the minimum and maximum amount of deposits and withdrawals per transaction and change them at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The details should be announced on the Website within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date the new conditions will enter into effect
7.6.13. The maximum amount the User is allowed to deposit per day/24 hours is 100 000 USD (or the equivalent in the User Account currency). Any deposits above said maximum amount may be cancelled and returned by the Provider
7.6.14. The User can withdraw a maximum of 2500 AUD per week, subject to the limitation mentioned in clause 7.6.5. This amount can be increased based on the User’s activity and status in the project
7.6.15. The Provider may reject a withdrawal request if the suspicion arises that funds are being withdrawn for any fraudulent or money laundering reasons, pending the investigation thereto
7.6.16. Notwithstanding the maximum withdrawal amount as defined in this article, the maximum withdrawal amount is limited by the limitations set by the payment method chosen by the User when placing a deposit
7.6.17. The User may only deposit funds into his Website account to use the Services. Therefore, the User can only withdraw the winnings, not the funds deposited into his Website account. Users who deposit or withdraw without wagering will have their funds blocked until further notice. Depending on the payment systems, different commission percentages are provided
7.6.18. Any deposit must be placed 3 times (the User must wager three times the amount of its deposit) before a withdrawal related to that deposit becomes available. In case several deposits have been made without any gaming activity, the User must place the total amount of these deposits three times before withdrawal. Otherwise, the Provider has the right to refuse the withdrawal before betting.
7.7. The User may close their account on the Website
7.7.1. If the User decides to close their account, the Provider will return the User’s funds available on their account, having deducted the withdrawal fee
7.7.2. The Provider will independently determine the method of compensation
7.7.3. The Provider has the right to withhold and delete bonuses accrued to the User if they are not used within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the crediting date
7.7.4. If there are no transactions on the User’s Account for 6 (six) consecutive months, it will be considered inactive. The Provider will email the User one month in advance before the User’s Account becomes inactive. To reactivate a dormant User’s account, the User can contact support. Once the User’s Account became inactive, a 10 USD (or the equivalent in the User Account currency) administrative fee will be charged per month to such User’s Account, which may eventually bring the balance to zero. These fees are refundable only with proof of health impediment or other reasonable cause during the inactive period
7.8.1. The access to the portal offers is only provided to the persons who have reached the Eligible Age. The Provider is entitled to suspend the User’s account until the User confirms that he/she has reached the Eligible Age. If the Provider receives no confirmation or if after verification it turns out that the User has not reached the Eligible Age but still used the Website services, including making corresponding transactions on the Website, such actions will be deemed as a gross violation of these Terms and Conditions and entail:
- The User’s account closure
- Any transactions will be void, bets will be cancelled, and all relevant funds deposited by the User will be refunded, provided that the account has been replenished with a personal credit/debit card
- The amount of all winnings received by the User during the period when they were under the Eligible Age will be lost. At the Provider’s request, the User shall return to the Provider the funds withdrawn from their account during this period
7.8.2.The User has no right to:
- Use the services of the Website under the other user’s account
- Transfer their account or purchase accounts from other users, exchange accounts or receive accounts as gifts
- Use someone else’s contact details to send out information (spam)
- Deposit money from third parties (in particular, relatives, friends, spouses and/or partners)
8. Special Provisions Relating to Bonuses
8.1. To encourage the Users, the Provider may from time to time offer bonuses (deposit and non-deposit), free spins, tournaments, lotteries and other types of bonuses to Users from time to time. All Users receive a bonus on their first and second deposits. The detailed terms of the offer can be found in the Bonuses section of the Website
8.1.1. Users may receive additional bonus offers via email, social networks or individually from the Website
8.1.2. All Users have access to a weekly refund (cashback) of up to 10%, depending on the User’s level. The detailed information about the level system can be found in the VIP section of the Website
8.2. If the User has unredeemed bonuses, funds withdrawal will be available only after the full bonus wagering. If a withdrawal request is created, all active gifts will be lost without the possibility of recovery
8.2.1. Each bonus has its own wagering conditions that can be found in the description of the specific offer by clicking on the “i” in the upper right-hand corner, or read on Bonus T&C. Please note that not all bets are taken into account during wagering. Drum slot games mainly take into account 100% bets, except jackpot games, accumulation games and some others. At roulette, board games, poker, blackjack and live dealers this value comes down to — 0%. These values may change from time to time
8.2.2. Games without wagering are marked in a special way: on the game card itself there is an inscription “Game disabled for wagering bonus” or when you enter the game a warning “Game for real funds only” will appear
8.2.3. To find out the current, accurate betting values for each specific game, please contact our support service
8.2.4. Interest on a bet (deduction) paid for wagering a particular bonus may vary for different games, and this will be specified in the rules for a particular bonus. Please read the rules for each bonus carefully
8.2.5. When the wagering of the bonus is done, the amount of money in your bonus balance, which is linked to the active bonus, is transferred to your cash balance and can be withdrawn at any time. 8.2.6. The Provider reserves the right to review the history of transactions and logs for any reason and at any time. If abuse of User’s bonuses is detected during such review, the Provider is entitled to cancel bonuses for that Client
8.2.7. If the Provider’s admins determine that the User uses a bonus or other promotion for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods, intended for secure wagering of the named bonus, the below actions may be applied to such User and such User shall be excluded from the current and all subsequent promotions
8.2.8. For complete transparency, we provide a few known examples (non-exhaustive examples) that we find unacceptable during bonus wagering:
- If the User delays game rounds to a latter time when they have no wagering requirements
- If the User leaves huge bets on the table and returns to the game only after completing bonus wagering
- If the User participates in a promotion and cashes out before fulfilling all the requirements of that certain promotion
- If the User provides incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification details
- If the User has more than one active account on the Casino
- If the User is suspected of fraudulent actions against payment providers
- If the User has been caught cheating or if it is determined by the Casino that they utilized electronic devices, software, or automated systems with the aim to defeat the Casino
- If the User has been defined as a bonus abuser, using strategies to take advantage of any system bug to withdraw promotional money
- If the User uses double-ups in excess with an aim to increase their winnings
- If the User creates multiple accounts by using a VPN, or by masking their IP address to claim more promotions, bonuses and/or offers. All the bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering requirements, limitation of the maximum amount of bets that count towards bonus wagering and time limitation of bonus life unless otherwise indicated
8.2.9. Important notice: To shield yourself from high-risk bonus wagering, each of the bets made during bonus wagering must be less than or equal to 20% of the original amount of the active bonus. If during bonus wagering a User stakes a bet higher than 20% of the active bonus, then the amount equal to 20% of the bonus will go into bonus wagering. Details of each bonus are specified in the bonus offer, but a maximum bonus activation term should not exceed 14 (fourteen) calendar days
8.3. The maximum amount of winnings available for withdrawal from the non-deposit bonus balance is equivalent to 50 USD unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign. When withdrawing funds exceeding this limit, funds will be written off. Withdrawal of winnings from the non-deposit bonus balance is possible only after depositing from the personal credit/debit card. If you have accepted bonuses from the Provider or received winnings of more than equivalent to 2 000 USD, we have the right to limit such a withdrawal request to a maximum of equivalent to 2 000 USD
8.4. In case of any bonus abuse on the User’s part mentioned in clause 8.2.8, the Provider may take measures against such User, namely: annul, cancel all existing bonuses and bonus winnings and immediately block the User’s account
8.5. Please note that you must provide a valid phone number upon registration to confirm your identity. If we are unable to contact you, this may result in bonus use restrictions and game account blocking
8.6. Default wagering settings in games are specified in the description of bonuses on the back side of the gift card. Pay attention that some bonuses can have unique wagering settings, which can be found in the description of bonuses
8.7. We reserve the right to change, amend or supplement the terms and conditions for the use of bonuses at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions periodically
9. Requests Are Sent in the Following Cases:
9.1. To clarify the rules of games, tournaments, promotions, lotteries, betting, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and the KYC Procedure
9.2. To report errors in the Website operation, including technical problems, game/lottery failures, etc., if these malfunctions do not depend on the User
10. Responsibilities of the User
10.1. It is the User’s sole responsibility to inform themselves about the rules in their country that may prohibit them from registering and/or wagering on the Website
10.2. If the User does not acknowledge the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and the KYC Procedure, he/she is obliged to stop playing and using any material available on the portal
10.3. The User shall follow the established norms in relation to the Provider and observe intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, transmit, publish texts, images, audio or video content without the prior written consent of the Provider
10.4. The User shall follow the Provider’s instructions received by any means in the game, tournament, lottery or betting. Non-observance of instructions entitles the Provider to suspend, restrict or terminate User’s access to the game, tournament or lottery
10.5. The User may contact our customer support team via chat or by mail at [email protected] to file any complaints with us regarding our services. Complaints are handled by the support department and forwarded to the executive management of the Provider when the support staff does not resolve the problem immediately. You should be informed of the status of the complaint to a reasonable level. The Provider should only recognize a complaint made by an account holder. You must not pass on or sell your complaint to any third party. The Provider will reject the complaint if the matter is referred to a third party and not to the original account holder
10.6. The User may make use of the Website Services strictly for personal non-professional purposes, on his/her own behalf and expressly not on the behalf of any other person or company. The User may only make use of the Services for recreation and entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, together with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Any use of the Services by a corporate player or for commercial purposes is prohibited. Upon the suspicion of any use of the Website Services in breach of this article, the Provider reserves the right to change or terminate any bonus offer, cancel any winnings and close the User Accounts involved

20. Legal Points
